Vivre et développer nos métiers reste notre défi de chaque jour, dans un climat de turbulence économique, sociale, technologique, culturelle... Mais le plus grand défi est celui des idées et des comportements.

La volonté de l'Association du Manager et de l'Entrepreneur (AME) est d'offrir aux hommes et aux femmes, managers et entrepreneurs, de participer à un forum unique, fait d'écoute et de dialogue, sans considérations commerciales.

Un regard neuf, différent, afin que chacun et chacune inscrivent, avec succès, les idées issues de ces échanges, dans leur savoir-être, dans leurs pratiques managériales et dans l'esprit citoyen de leur entreprise.

Active dans la communauté Bruxelles-Wallonie depuis de nombreuses années, L'AME est une association francophone indépendante, sans but lucratif, ouverte à d'autres communautés.

Elle a pour objectif de découvrir et de promouvoir les entreprises et les managers qui créent une plus-value de bien être et de progrès, dans le respect d'une éthique citoyenne.

L'AME réunit, à titre individuel et collectif, des dirigeants d'entreprises, des cadres supérieurs ou hauts fonctionnaires et de jeunes managers à haut potentiel.

Elle constitue un réseau de responsables, un carrefour de réflexion, un "brain trust" amical, renforcé par la multidisciplinarité de ses membres.

Een andere vorm van management vanuit een andere visie.

Elke dag opnieuw beraden we ons over de vraag hoe we ons beroep het best kunnen invullen en verder ontwikkelen in het licht van de veranderingen op economisch, sociaal, technologisch, cultureel, . gebied. De grootste uitdaging ligt echter in het vlak van de ideeën en de aanpak.

De Association du Manager et de l'Entrepreneur (AME) wenst elke manager en elke ondernemer, man of vrouw, een unieke ontmoetingsplaats te bieden waar ze elkaar, zonder commerciële overwegingen, kunnen vinden voor een dialoog en gedachtewisseling.

Die nieuwe, andere visie biedt ieder van ons de kans om de conclusies van die dialoog op een succesvolle manier te integreren in de dagelijkse omgang met anderen, in onze managementfunctie en in de aandacht van onze onderneming voor de maatschappelijke waarden.

De AME is een onafhankelijke Franstalige vereniging zonder winstoogmerk die reeds jarenlang actief is in Brussel en Wallonië en die openstaat voor andere gemeenschappen.

Zij stelt zich tot doel op zoek te gaan naar en te ijveren voor ondernemingen en managers die meerwaarde creëren op het gebied van welzijn en vooruitgang met inachtneming van de maatschappelijke ethiek.

Bedrijfsleiders, topkaderleden of hoge ambtenaren alsook jonge beloftevolle managers kunnen zich individueel of collectief aansluiten bij de AME.

Bij de AME vindt u een netwerk van verantwoordelijkheidsdragers, een bezinningsforum en een 'brain trust' op vriendschappelijke basis met als extra troef de multidisciplinaire achtergrond van haar leden !

A different kind of management based on a different vision.

Each day, we make an effort to see how we can apply and develop our professional skills in the best possible way against the background of the economic, social, technological, cultural, . developments. The biggest challenge however lies in shaping our ideas and our approach.

The Association du Manager et de l'Entrepreneur (AME) wants to offer managers and entrepreneurs, both men and women, a unique opportunity to talk with each other and exchange ideas without any kind of commercial purpose.

Thanks to this new and different vision, all of us should be able to successfully integrate the conclusions of this dialogue into our day-to-day contact with other people, our management function and our company's social concern.

AME is an independent French-speaking non-profit association which has been active for several years in Brussels and in the Walloon part of the country and which is also open to other communities.

Its aim is to look and care for companies and managers with added value in the field of well-being and progress in compliance with the social ethic.

Membership of AME, be it on an individual or joint basis, is open to CEOs, senior executives or top-level civil servants as well as promising junior managers.

AME offers you a network of people entrusted with responsibility, a place for brainstorming as well as a 'brain trust' of friends with the multidisciplinary background of its members as an extra asset !
